Perficient Digital Receives Internet Advertising Competition Awards for Carhartt, The Henry Ford Websites

, has won two Internet
Advertising Competition
(IAC) awards from the Web Marketing
Association (WMA) for innovative digital experiences on behalf of
Carhartt, the workwear clothing company, and The Henry Ford history
museum.

Perficient Digital was honored in the Best
Fashion or Beauty Website
category for designing and developing the Carhartt’s
Fall 2016 Lookbook
microsite. The experience employs full-screen
video, product and lifestyle galleries, macro-detail photography,
animated GIFs, and insider quotes to showcase to fashion reporters and
other media representatives Carhartt’s seasonal products and tell the
story of innovation behind each product.

The agency also won in the Best
Non-Profit Website
category for its work on TheHenryFord.org,
the digital presence for The Henry Ford, a large indoor-outdoor museum
history complex in suburban Detroit. The website features more than
54,000 pages of rich visual design in a customer experience that is
responsive across several channels and devices. Robust search tools help
simplify discovery of The Henry Ford’s 56,000 digital artifacts, while
narratives and videos help tell the story behind the artifacts,
inventors, and inventions.

Perficient Digital’s efforts resulted in a 24 percent increase in online
revenue for The Henry Ford, a 19 percent increase in conversion rates,
and an 11 percent increase in online visits.
