As a result of the issuance of shares pursuant to the exercise of stock options, as at June 30, 2015, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company is 101,236,268 common shares with voting rights.
Lundin Gold also reports that Adam Lundin resigned from the Board of Directors today. Lundin Gold’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Ron Hochstein, stated “The Company is grateful for Adam’s contribution and dedication to the Board over the last four years.
